Liver/Gallbladder Cleanse

Drink 32 ounces of unsweetened apple juice each day for 3 days prior to cleanse. The day of cleanse eat a light breakfast, followed by the solution listed below:

Ingredients:    4 Tablespoons Epsom Salt

                        ½ cup light olive oil

                        2 Large pink grapefruits

                        Black Walnut Tincture

                        1 gallon of bottled water

Mix the 4 Tablespoons of Epsom salt in 3 cups of bottles and refrigerate until cold.

You may drink water 20 minutes prior to each scheduled dose of solution.

 

SCHEDULE:

7:00 a.m.         Drink ¾ cup cold Epsom salt solution. Bite into a lemon, orange or grapefruit after drinking.

9:00 a.m.         Drink ¾ cup cold Epsom salt solution.       

11:00 a.m.       Pour ½ cup of olive oil into a pint jar. Squeeze the pink grapefruit (3/4 cup juice).  Mix the olive oil with the grapefruit juice and add 25 drops of Black Walnut Tincture. Place lid on the jar and shake to mix. Drink the solution within 5 minutes of mixing.

Immediately lie down on your left side with your right leg slightly drawn up. Keep still for at least 20 minutes. You may experience a sensation under your rib cage.

3:00 p.m.         Drink 7-8 ounces of bottled water

6:00 p.m.         Drink ¾ cup of cold Epsom salt solution. Go back to bed.

8:00 p.m.         Drink ¾ cup cold Epsom Salt solution.

10:00 p.m.       You may eat fresh fruit or drink fresh fruit juice.
